The Distillery at Hudson House
Our craft distillery is located in the cellar of a former monastery and uses custom made equipment from Kothe distilling systems in Germany.

Part of what makes our spirits so special is the water from an onsite old artesian well that taps into a Catskill aquifer. As that water travels to Hudson House, it passes over limestone creating our naturally soft mineral water we call our "Holy Water" which is used in all of our craft spirits.
We use select New York State grains supporting local farms for our spirit production in small batches. Our portfolio consists of Black Creek Bourbon, Black Creek Empire Rye, Black Creek Aniversario Bourbon, Black Creek Devil’s Cut and Altair Vodka.
