Join us sipping your choice of our Black Creek Bourbon, Black Creek Rye, Altair Vodka or Hudson House Wine & Beer as the tour takes you through the historic property discussing the past, present and future plans. Go back in time to the 1850's when the property was a private residence, to the 1900's as a monastery for over 100 years and finally transformed into The Hudson House & Distillery. You will be guided through the old manor, parlors, dining room, library and more.  And finally, seeing first-hand the distillery operations in the cellar of the former monastery. You will learn about our process and how we make our spirits. The tour will conclude with a tasting and discussion of our limited batch world class spirits and what makes them so special.
